Anime Breaker Progression Guide: How to Get Stronger Fast

Clicking harder is not how you get stronger in Anime Breaker — stacking multipliers is. The game layers roughly a dozen progression systems on top of each other, and the players pulling ahead are the ones feeding all of them at once. This is the full map of what makes you stronger, in the order you should care about it.

What’s the right upgrade order?

Your stats come from the upgrade menu, and three of them matter early:

1. Power — the raw progression stat. It feeds your Energy scaling and decides how fast portals and enemies fall.
2. Damage — how hard your team hits. Higher damage means faster kills, which means faster Gold.
3. Gold — economy. Gold buys card rolls and gacha spins, and every system downstream runs on it.

Attack Range is a quality-of-life upgrade — it lets your team engage enemies from further away, which shaves seconds off every kill during AFK farming. Put points into it once the big three feel comfortable. Pets (the per-world gacha “Power” units) multiply all of this on top: a Mythical unit is worth a 3× Energy multiplier and a Secret unit up to 6×, so a lucky pull beats hours of manual upgrades — see the companions page for what to chase in each world.

How do server events work?

Roughly every 40 minutes the server fires a global event that doubles down on one resource for a limited window:

The single best habit in the game is matching your activity to the live event: don’t burn a Gold farming session during a Power event when you could be pushing your cap instead.

Are quests and trials worth it?

Yes — they’re free multipliers hiding in plain sight:

• Quests — every world has quest NPCs with objectives (kills, gacha spins, gamemode plays) that pay out Energy, Damage, and Gold bonuses. Check the quest tracker whenever you enter a new map and complete them passively while farming.
• Trials — challenge runs that pay Tokens, Shards, Potions, and Mounts. Mounts are the prize: mounts can carry a 1.5× Drop multiplier, which directly speeds up ticket, coin, and avatar farming. The Trial Shop and trial-side upgrades spend what you earn there.

Why join a guild?

Guilds are passive buffs that never sleep. Create or join one (up to 15 players), contribute money to level it, and the guild unlocks automatic bonuses to Energy, Damage, Gold, and Luck. Higher guild levels stack further bonuses on top. Even solo players benefit — a one-member guild still earns its own buffs. The system already needed one patch after launch — the GUILDFIXES code on the codes page was compensation for a guild-bug fix.

What does the Release Pass give you?

The pass is a 50-level reward track that fills itself: pass XP drops from the NPCs you’re already killing. The headline rewards are mounts — free players earn a One Piece-inspired bike, while the premium track upgrades it to a motorcycle. Since mounts can carry the 1.5× Drop multiplier, the free track alone is worth finishing. Claim pass rewards as they unlock; there’s no benefit to hoarding levels.

What can be automated?

Almost the entire grind. Beyond the auto-click and Auto Spin basics, the settings menu adds:

• Auto Rank Up — spends resources on ranks without a click
• Equip Best — one-tap loadout for Pets, Avatars, Accessories, and Weapons
• Auto Raids — pick the raid and wave, and the game runs it for you
• Auto Claim — sweeps time rewards and achievements automatically

The one potion trick everyone misses

Potions can be paused. If you pop a Drop potion for a ticket farm and then go do something else, pause it — the timer freezes instead of draining. Save your best potions for events, raids, and dedicated farming sessions, per the potions guide.
